一、造反运动

几个人围成一个圆圈。主持人说“左”，所有人转头向右。主持人说“右”，所有人转头向左。主持人说“抬头”，则所有人低头。主持人说“低头”，则所有人抬头。即参加人员须按照相反的口令进行，出错的人员下场。留下的两个人获胜。

二、蹲三五

一群人站成一排，从一开始，每到三和五的倍数就蹲一下，反应慢或出错的人罚下场，留下的两个人获胜。

三、抢椅子

台上置三张椅子，邀请四个人上来，放DISCO音乐，四个人伴着音乐围着椅子转，当音乐骤停时抢坐椅子，未坐到者淘汰；减一椅子，三个人续前动作，当音乐骤停时抢坐两张椅子，未坐到者淘汰；最后两人抢坐一张椅子，坐到者为胜。

四、萝卜蹲

几个人分别代表一个蔬菜或水果,一人先开始,说“XX蹲,XX蹲,XX蹲完,XX蹲(另一人头上带的水果或蔬菜名)”，被叫的人依次循环，反应慢或出现错误的人下场，留下两个人为获胜者。

奖品均为练习本。
