不同产区浓香型与清香型烤烟内在化学成分含量分析

  摘 要:为了揭示影响烤烟香型风格的主要化学特性指标,研究以湖南郴州、河南许昌、云南文山和福建三明4个烟区的烟叶作为浓香型和清香型烟叶的代表,对烟叶的内在化学成分含量进行了比较分析。结果表明,湖南郴州和河南许昌两个烟区的浓香型烟叶在总糖和烟碱含量上的差异不明显,云南文山和福建三明两个烟区的清香型烟叶在总氮含量上没有差异,这表明总糖和烟碱是浓香型烟叶的决定因素,而总氮含量是清香型烟叶的决定因素。湖南郴州和河南许昌为代表的浓香型烟叶与云南文山和福建三明为代表的清香型烟叶在化学指标上总糖、还原糖、烟碱、糖碱比和两糖差均达到极显著差异(P<0.01),表明浓香型与清香型烟叶的差异主要表现在糖和烟碱上,低糖和低碱成为浓香型的烟叶特色。

  Comparative Analysis on Chemical Properties between Strong-flavor Style and Fan-flavor Style Flue-Cured Tobacco in Different Areas

  Abstract:In order to reveal the chemical properties which affect the aromatic style of the tobacco, the tobacco from the city of Chenzhou in Hunan and Xuchang in Henan was chosen to represent the strong-flavor style flue-cured tobacco, and the fen-flavor style flue-cured tobacco from the city of Baoshan in Yunnan and Sanming in Fujian , comparative analysis were made in the chemical properties of the tobacco. The results showed no significant difference between Chenzhou and Xuchang in total sugar as well as nicotine content , while no difference between Baoshan and Sanming in total nitrogen content . It can come to a conclusion that total sugar and nicotine are the determining factors for strong-flavor style flue-cured tobacco and total nitrogen is the determining factor for fan-flavor style flue-cured tobacco. Besides, the two compare groups were significantly different(P <0.01) in total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, the ratio of total sugar to nicotine, and differences between total sugar and reducing sugar. All that showed sugar and nicotine were the main difference between the two kinds of tobacco and low-sugar and low- nicotine were the characteristics of strong-flavor style flue-cured tobacco.

  根据香型风格烤烟可分为浓香型、清香型和中间香型3种。这3种香型风格烟叶都是中式卷烟的重要原料,并赋予各类卷烟品牌不同的风格特征。不同的生态环境是影响香型风格形成的重要因素[1]。因此,国内的专家学者纷纷对香型风格类型的评判标准进行了量化研究[2-3]。例如李章海等[4]采用烟叶香型指数法研究了我国5个不同生态烟区的烤烟香型风格,结果表明在同一生态烟区不同产烟县烟叶香型风格的类型差异不明显。但是,目前同时研究浓香型烟叶和清香型烟叶理化特性的差异以及同一香型风格烟叶在不同生态生态产区的理化特性的差异的报道较少见。因此,研究选取湖南郴州、河南许昌、云南文山和福建三明4个烟草主产区的烟叶为材料,系统地比较分析了浓香型烟叶与清香型烟叶以及同一香型不同生态产区烟叶理化指标的差异,旨在明确浓香型烟叶与清香型烟叶、同一香型不同产区烟叶理化指标的差异,为卷烟工业选取原料提供科学依据。
