不同产地薄荷药材商品质量及差异研究

  [摘要] 该文利用气相色谱质谱联用(GCMS)分析了薄荷药材挥发油的化学成分,并结合气相色谱法(GC)对7个挥发性成分进行含量测定,以比较传统道地产区江苏、当今主产区安徽及其他产区薄荷药材挥发性成分之间的差异。实验结果显示:收集的薄荷药材挥发油分为4种化学型:①薄荷醇薄荷酮型、②胡薄荷酮薄荷酮型、③胡椒酮薄荷醇型、④氧化胡椒酮型;薄荷醇為所有薄荷样品挥发性成分中含量最高的成分;安徽与其他产区薄荷挥发油成分之间的差异相对明显,江苏产区薄荷与另两个产区则存在交叉性。该文研究了不同产地薄荷药材挥发油的主要成分及产地间的差异,建立了薄荷药材多个挥发性成分的含量测定方法,为薄荷药材质量标准的提高提供了基础。

  Analysis on quality and differences of Mentha haplocalyx from different regions

  [Abstract] A gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GCMS)method was established for the analysis of volatile components in Mentha haplocalyx, and seven principal components were quantified by gas chromatography(GC). Based on these analyses, the differences of volatile components in M. haplocalyx from Jiangsu, Anhui and other regions were compared. The results showed that the volatile oil of M. haplocalyx was divided into four chemical types:mentholmenthone type, pulegonementhone type, piperitonementhol type, piperitone epoxide type, and mentholmenthone type was the principal type. Menthol was the highest and pulegone was the lowest. The differences of M. haplocalyx from Anhui and other regions were obvious. The major volatile components and the differences of M. haplocalyx from different regions were confirmed and a quantitative method was established for the determination of volatile components, which provided the basis for improving the quality standard of M. haplocalyx.

  薄荷药材为唇形科植物薄荷Mentha haplocalyx Briq.的干燥地上部分,性凉、味辛,具有清散风热、利咽透疹、疏肝行气等作用[1]。薄荷含有以薄荷醇和薄荷酮为主的挥发性成分,同时还含有黄酮、多糖和有机酸等非挥发性成分[2]。薄荷种植历史悠久,历代主流本草认为江苏为薄荷的传统道地产区[3]。随着时代发展,薄荷产地发生变迁,安徽已成为当今薄荷药材的主产区。本实验收集了不同产地的薄荷药材,利用气相色谱质谱联用(GCMS)对挥发油进行定性分析,并结合气相色谱法(GC)对薄荷挥发性成分中的7个主成分进行定量分析,为薄荷药材的质量评价提供参考。
