【兴奋剂“零容忍”防火墙】 零容忍是什么意思

　　对于兴奋剂，山东各方早就拉响警笛。第十一届全运会坚持“零容忍”的态度，严令禁止，严格检查，严肃处理，加大反兴奋剂工作力度。各参赛单位也纷纷响应，并签署了第十一届全运会《赛风赛纪和反兴奋剂责任书》。
　　
　　国家体育总局特出台《第十一届全运会兴奋剂违规处罚办法》,对发生阳性或其他兴奋剂违规行为的运动员、教练员,将给予禁赛4年的处罚,并禁止其参加下一届全运会。对于所属单位，将根据情况、情节与责任，给予取消十一运会道德风尚奖评选资格、取消中国奥委会2009年度一切奖励、取消该单位主要领导在相应运动项目协会担任的领导职务，以及全国体育系统内通报批评、通报代表团所属上级政府主管部门等严厉处罚。
　　北京奥运会前，国际反兴奋剂机构已在兴奋剂控测手段上实现了重大突破，北京奥运会期间全面采用了这些新的检测技术，十一运也将采用这些新的检测技术。
　　十一运的兴奋剂检测数量将超过2000例，比在江苏举行的十运会增加15%，在此基础上,还将开展覆盖面较大的随机检查,提高赛外检查的针对性和有效性,加大赛外检查力度。
　　兴奋剂的检测室也严密把关，滴水不漏。尿检室是兴奋剂检测站的核心区域，尿检室的三面墙上都贴着一人多高的镜子，运动员取尿样时的一举一动，都逃不过兴奋剂检查官的眼睛。血检室和候检室都安装监视探头，确保兴奋剂检测样本的安全。
　　兴奋剂检查官都由国家体育总局亲自委派。血检以及尿检所使用的一些高科技设备，也是从北京运来的。
　　工作人员严格把关，检测样本专车送京。运动员的尿样，要送到北京的兴奋剂检测中心进行检验；血检的样本，则会送到济南进行检测。全运会期间，国家兴奋剂检测中心携带相关检测设备在济南设立一个检测室，专门对全运会的血检样本进行检测。
　　为了防止在运输途中发生意外，所有运送兴奋剂检测样本的专车，都会有公安人员和专业的兴奋剂样本护送员进行沿途押运，以确保安全。

Drawing on the experience of the anti-doping work of the Beijing Olympic Games, the 11th National Games will maintain a “zero tolerance” attitude to doping. Through strict prohibition, strict checking, and strict treatment, the 11th National Games will thoroughly prevent the use of doping.
