成熟期地温对烟叶主要致香物质含量的影响

  摘要 [目的]为进一步认识土壤温度与烟叶质量风格特色形成的关系提供数据支撑。[方法]在人工控制条件下,研究成熟期地温变化对烟叶色素、多酚和西柏烷类化合物含量的影響。[结果]双层遮阳降温处理使上部烟叶色素含量降低28.1%,西柏烷类化合物含量升高16.6%,使中部烟叶色素、多酚含量分别降低20.3%、27.9%;双层覆膜增温处理使上部烟叶多酚和西柏烷类化合物含量分别降低35.9%、47.9%,使中部烟叶色素和多酚含量分别降低27.1%、35.9%,西柏烷类化合物含量升高40.1%;单层遮阳处理和单层覆膜处理对烟叶上述3种致香物质的含量影响不显著。[结论]成熟期地温对烟叶致香物质含量有明显影响。

  Effects of Soil Temperature on Tobacco Aroma Components at Maturity Stage

  Abstract [Objective] The aim was to provide data support for further understanding the relationship between soil temperature and the style characteristic of tobacco leaves. [Method] The effects of soil temperature on tobacco leaf pigments, polyphenol and cembranoids compounds at maturity stage were studied under the condition of artificial control. [Result] Doublelayer shading cooling treatment made pigment content in upper parts of leaves decrease 28.1%, and cembranoids compounds increase 16.6%, and made the contents of pigments and polyphenol in middle parts of leaves decrease 20.3% and 27.9% respectively; Warming with doublelayer film mulching made the contents of polyphenol and cembranoids compounds in upper parts of leaves decrease 35.9% and 47.9% respectively, and made the contents of pigment and polyphenol in middle parts of leaves reduce 27.1% and 35.9% respectively, however, its cembranoids compounds content increased 40.1%; Singlelayer shading or singlelayer film mulching treatment had no obvious effects on these three aroma components contents mentioned above. [Conclusion] Soil temperature has significant effect on the content of aroma substance at tobacco maturity stage.

  烤烟质量和风格特色的形成与生态环境和栽培技术密切相关[1],栽培技术条件一定的情况下,各种生态因子对烟叶质量有不同程度的影响[2-5]。其中,温度对烟叶质量风格特色的影响尤为重要[6-7]。郭新辉等研究认为,烟草是喜温作物,在22~28 ℃下有利于烟叶内化学物质的积累和转化,从而提高烟叶香吃味[8]。杨恕良等研究表明,在各种生态因子对烟叶质量的影响中,平均气温所占比重最大,为总数的38.7%,>20 ℃的持续日数占总数的29%,其他都不到总数的10%[9];韦成才等研究表明,5~8月平均气温逐渐提升,总糖含量和还原糖含量将下降[10]。部分研究者认为,降低地温日变化有利于调节烟叶内部化学平衡并提高烟株根系活性[7,11]。为此,笔者在人工控制条件下,研究成熟期烟株根系集中区域土壤温度变化对烟叶香气物质的影响,为进一步认识土壤温度与烟叶质量风格特色形成的关系提供数据支撑和理论依据。
  1 材料与方法
  1.1 试验材料
  供试烟草品种为当地主栽烤烟品种中烟100;供试土壤为黄褐土,土壤pH 5.8,有机质含量12.5 g/kg,碱解氮含量83.8 mg/kg,速效磷(P2O5)含量17.1 mg/kg,速效钾(K2O)含量207.5 mg/kg。
