电子鼻检测烤后烟叶挥发性组分的方法研究

  摘 要:本研究采用电子鼻系统对不同形态烤后烟样进行测定,以便初步建立一个烤后烟叶挥发性组分判别检测的方法。结果表明,不同样品形态、同一样品不同放置时间均对电子鼻检测效果有一定影响。对于烟丝样品,放置4 h检测为宜;对于烟末样品,放置30 min检测为宜;采用烟丝样品检测效果优于烟末样品。结果分析表明,线性判别分析(LDA)比主成分分析(PCA)更能有效的区分不同样品,并且LDA分析的结果更能代表样品的整体特征。传感器Loadings分析表明,烟丝样品检测时贡献率较大的传感器是2、7、8、9;烟末样品检测时贡献率较大的传感器是2、7、9。利用电子鼻技术在合适的条件下,可以对不同品种不同部位的烟样进行区分和鉴别。

  Study on the Method of Using Electronic Nose to Detect the Volatile Components in Cured Leaves

  Abstract: This study attempted to use electronic nose system to measure cured tobacco leaf samples of various forms, so that a method for determining volatile component in tobacco leaves could be established. The results showed that the detection results were influenced by tobacco forms and storage periods. Storage time of 4 hours was the best for detecting cut tobacco leaves, and 30 minutes was optimum for tobacco powder. The detection results for cut tobacco was better than those of tobacco powder. Linear discrimination analysis (LDA) discriminate different tobacco materials more effectively than principal component analysis (PCA). The result of LDA could represent overall characteristics of sample. Tested by the Loadings analysis, sensor 2, 7, 8, 9 had higher contribution rates during test cut tobacco sample, while, sensor 2, 7, 9 had higher contribution rates during test tobacco powder. Electronic nose detection could be used to discriminate the varieties or regions produced of flue-cured tobacco leaves.

  烟叶质量是卷烟质量的主要决定因素,烟叶香气是衡量烟叶质量的重要指标。一直以来,感官评吸是评价烟叶香气及吃味优劣的最主要方法,但感官评吸主观性较强且影响人体健康,样品量大时难以有效进行[1]。随着分析检测技术的发展,人们开始利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS),对烟叶香吃味的物质基础进行探索,以期能够找到客观的评价烟叶香吃味的方法,但这些检测方法检测费用昂贵,前处理方法繁琐,检测周期长,特别是所得气味都是经样品分离后的结果,很难代表样品的整体性,与人的嗅觉很难作系统化和科学化的对照[2]。近年来,研究人员开始将气敏传感器阵列和模式识别技术相结合,构造了能够对生物嗅觉功能进行模拟的电子鼻。与其他常规仪器分析法如色谱-质谱联用、色谱-红外联用、核磁共振等波谱技术相比,操作简便,样品前处理简单,测定速度快、基本不用
