手术室优质护理对普外科腹腔镜手术患者护理质量及术后恢复的影响分析

　　[摘要] 目的 以腹腔鏡下胆囊切除术为例探讨手术室优质护理对普外科腹腔镜手术患者的护理质量及术后恢复的影响。方法 方便选取2016年5月—2017年7月在该院行腹腔镜下胆囊切切除术的107例患者，随机分为对照组（53例）和研究组（54例），其中前者给予常规手术护理配合措施，后者给予手术是优质护理措施。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、护理服务满意度、术后恢复情况等指标。结果 研究组手术准备时间、手术时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组术中无不良事件发生，对照组发生率为13.2%（7/53），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.631，P<0.05）；研究组患者对术中护理的各项满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组术后并发症发生率为3.7%（2/54）明显低于对照组的22.6%（12/53），其胃肠功能恢复时间和总的住院时间也明显短于对照组，上述指标比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.435，t=10.627、2.463，P<0.05）。结论 对普外科腹腔镜手术患者给予手术室优质护理可显著缩短手术时间，减少术中差错事件的发生，有效地保证了手术的顺利和成功进行，同时还有利于患者术后的尽早恢复，以及提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of high quality operation room nursing care on laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients. Methods 107 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in this hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group （53 cases） and the study group （54 cases）， the former was given conventional surgical care， and the latter was given high quality nursing measures. The operation-related index， nursing service satisfaction and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group patients， the operation time and operation time of the study group were significantly shorter（P<0.05）； there were no adverse events in the study group， and the incidence rate of the control group was 13.2% （7/53）， the difference between the two groups was significant （χ2=7.631， P<0.05）； the satisfaction of nursing care of the study group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）； the incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 3.7% （2/54）， which was significantly lower than the control group 22.6%（12/53）， gastrointestinal function recovery time and total hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（χ2=8.435，t=10.627，2.463，P<0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing care for patients with laparoscopic surgery can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the occurrence of intraoperative error events， it ensures the success of the operation， it is also beneficial for the patients to recover as early as possible， and to improve the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing service.
