  摘要:为揭示烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色的区域性差异,以2015年14个省份的C3F等级初烤烟叶为试材,采用多重比较和系统聚类法,对烟叶样品的表面颜色进行量化分析。结果表明:①烤烟表面颜色空间分布特征:明度(L*)为 47.90~63.77;红度(a*)为14.12~15.56;黄度(b*)为39.91~53.52;颜色饱和度(C*)为42.07~55.73。②烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色具有较强的区域性差异:长江中上游和西南烟区的黄度b*和颜色饱和度C*均显著高于东南烟区;黄淮和北方烟区烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色特征参数较为相近,均没有显著性差异。③烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色区域性差异形成的重要原因是生态条件差异所致,品种对其影响较小。④烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色特征可分为四类,并呈现较强的区域特征分布。

  Abstract In order to reveal the surface color regional disparity of C3F grade tobacco leaves,using the C3F grade cured tobacco leaves from 14 provinces in 2015 as the experimental materials,the surface color of tobacco leaf samples were quantitatively analyzed by the methods of multiple comparison and system clustering. The results were as follows. The surface color spatial distribution features of the flue-cured tobacco showed that the brightness (L*) was 47.90~63.77, the red degrees (a*) was 14.12~15.56, the yellow degree (b*) was 39.91~53.52, and the color saturation (C*) was 42.07~55.73. There were strong regional differences in C3F grade flue-cured tobacco leaf surface color. The b* and C* of upper-middle reaches of Yangtze river and Southwest tobacco areas were significantly higher than that of Southeast tobacco areas. There were no significant differences in C3F grade tobacco leaf surface color feature parameters in Huanghuai and North tobacco areas. The ecological condition was the important reason for formation of C3F grade flue-cured tobacco leaf surface color regional differences, and variety had the small effects.

  烟叶的外观特性主要是依靠人们眼看、手摸等感官做出的主观判断,是目前烟叶分级的主要依据[1]。烤后烟叶的表面颜色是影响烟叶外观质量的主要因素[2],与烟叶品质密切相关[3-5]。由于生态环境条件、栽培调制技术和品种的差异,烤后烟叶颜色表现不同[6,7]。〖HJ*4/9〗同一产地的烤烟受品种、成熟度、部位等影响,在颜色呈现上也存在一定的差异性[8-10]。基于分光光谱仪测定L*、a*、b*和C*颜色空间分布参数的研究,在烟草、木板、纺织等行业得到了广泛应用[11-13]。烤烟颜色主要由光泽强度、颜色饱和度及均匀程度共同呈现[14],但是有关烤烟颜色与L*、a*、b*和C*特征参数相关性的研究较少。目前,关于烤烟表面颜色的研究多为定性评价,定量研究的较少[15]。对同一产区烤烟表面颜色的研究较多,而对于烤烟表面颜色地域性差异的研究较少[16,17]。本研究以全国5大烟区9个主栽品种的C3F等级烟叶为对象,测定其表面颜色特征参数,并运用统计学方法深入研究该等级烟叶表面颜色的区域性差异和聚类分析,探究其在不同产区表面颜色的呈色特性和差异性成因,旨在为烤烟表面颜色系统的区域性划分提供数据支撑和理论依据。
  1材料与方法
  1.1材料
  采用2015年全国5大烟区14个省(市)47个植烟县(区、乡)9个烤烟品种的C3F等级初烤烟叶样品。具体样品信息见表1。
  1.2指标测定
  烟叶表面顏色空间分布特征参数的测定采用Color-Eye 7000A 型分光光谱仪(美国,GretagMacbeth公司)。避开残伤或病斑,在叶片距叶尖1/3处、叶中及距叶基部1/3处各选取2个共6个相对称的点取样测定,结果取其平均值,每个样品取5片叶。主要测定参数为:L*(明度值)、a*(红绿色度值,正值代表红度,负值则代表绿度)、b*(黄蓝色度值,正值代表黄度,负值则代表蓝度)和C*(颜色饱和度)。具体原理及测定方法见参考文献[18]。
