《孔子世家谱》刷新吉尼斯|吉尼斯

　　把《孔子世家谱》续修颁谱典礼列入主题活动,是2009中国(曲阜)国际孔子文化节的一大创新。 　　涵盖孔子家族整个传承史的《孔子世家谱》以其延时之长、族系之明、纂辑之广、核查之实、体例之备、保存之全,被吉尼斯世界纪录列为“世界最长家谱”,从任何一代都能上推至孔子。
　　本次续修活动,是中华人民共和国成立以来的第一次修谱,由时任中国孔子基金会名誉会长谷牧提议,经孔子77代嫡孙孔德成先生同意,委托堂弟孔德墉先生于1998年开始成立续修工作协会,历经10年,共搜集150多万后裔资料。此次成谱的总人数超过200万,是上一次修订后数目的3倍多。
　　此次续修不仅在人数上超过以往,还有许多新突破与新发现,女性族人、少数民族、外籍孔子后裔首次录入世家谱。同时,在修谱过程中,寻得了失散在台湾屏东、龙潭、桃园等地200多年的900多名孔子后裔以及失散在山西昔阳和河南洛宁超过千年的两支族人,目前也已全部被录入世家谱。根据《孔子世家谱》最新登记情况,从2500多年前至今,孔子世家已繁衍至83代,刷新了其自身保持的82代吉尼斯世界纪录。
　　续修完成的《孔子世家谱》将在2009年孔子诞辰2560年之际正式出版。新家谱将实现数字化,并被赋予了分类统计功能,对研究儒家学说及人口学、社会学、教育学等方面都将具有重要的史料价值。现在孔氏族人遍布全球各地,这本家谱可以说是联系全球孔子后人的纽带,是中国历史文化传承的一部分,意义非凡。
　　今年将《孔子世家谱》续修颁谱典礼活动纳入孔子文化节的主题活动中,得到世界范围内孔氏后裔的积极响应和全力支持,使孔子文化节更具深刻意义。“孔子世家谱续修告成颁谱仪式组委会”决定于今年孔子文化节期间举办孔子世家谱续修告成颁谱仪式,并向国家图书馆赠送新修家谱,向孔府文物档案馆捐赠新修孔子世家谱及续修的全部档案,以此作为向2560年孔子诞辰献礼。

　　The Confucian Family Tree, which features a long period, clear clan distinction, extensive editorial scope, careful verification, and good reserves, has been listed by the Guinness World Records as the “longest family tree in the world.”
　　The current new edition of the Confucian family tree is the first since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The edition, which took 10 years, collected the data of more than 1.5 million descendants of Confucius and of more than two million people, triples the scope of the previous edition.
　　Apart from the number of Confucian descendants exceeding those in the previous edition, in this version, there are many new breakthroughs and discoveries. For the first time, women, the minorities and Confucian descendants living abroad are recorded. According to the latest information as recorded by the Confucian Family Tree, from more than 2,500 years ago to the present, the Confucian family has extended 83 generations, which surpasses the 82 family generations listed by the Guinness World Records.
　　The re-edited Confucian Family Tree will be published on the 2560th birthday of Confucius in 2009. Digitalization will be realized in the new Confucian family tree and the statistics and classification functions will also be available, which has important historic value for studies of Confucianism, demography, sociology and education.
