　　能根据语音控制独立360度旋转，转动一周的时间为1至3小时，将会在迪拜动工兴建。
　　Italian architect David Fisher unveiled the Dynamic Tower, the world"s first building in motion, to be built in Dubai. This building"s apartments would spin a full 360 degrees, at voice command, and will take between one and three hours to make a complete rotation.
　　
　　■英国 雨滴雕塑
　　
　　位于英国湖区Crummock Water河岸的雕塑“雨滴”是艺术家Steve Messam受到雨珠对自然事物的反射效果的启发而制作完成的。周围的自然景观受到“雨滴”的反射之后，会产生令人惊奇万分的变化效果。
　　The “Raindrop” is designed by local artist Steve Messam, on the shore of Crummock Water in the Lake District, England. The sculpture is designed to reflect the surrounding dramatic landscape to stunning effect.

　　安斯特，迈克尔?雷夫妇和他们的“零碳”环保房屋成为英国首批零碳排放住宅之一。这座零碳排放住宅位于英国柴郡切斯特市郊外，占地80公顷，共有11间卧室。住宅预计耗资约1600万英镑，住宅自身能生产“绿色能源”，为约3000平方米的生活空间供暖和照明。
　　This Zero Carbon House covers 80 hectares, has 11 bedrooms. The house itself can produce “Green Energy” for the heating and lighting of about 3,000 square meters living space.

　　大连贝壳博物馆又称星海城堡，位于大连星海广场东南角，是亚洲展品最多的贝壳博物馆。建筑面积2500平方米，总投资额8000万元人民币，共有来自世界各地的海洋珍奇贝壳5000多种在这里展出。
　　Dalian Shell Museum, also known as Xinghai Castle, owns the most shells in Asia. More than 5,000 kinds of rare marine shells are exhibited in this museum.

　　这座名为“泡泡皇宫”的建筑是服装设计师皮尔卡登位于法国坎城海湾边的私人别墅。这座特殊造型的度假别墅，有着1200平方公尺的住家空间，包括10间以上不同风格的别致套房，一间可容纳350人的大厅，和有着约8500平方公尺的户外活动场地。
　　This is the private villa for the fashion designer Pierre Cardin on the side of the bay in Cannes, France. The special shaped holiday bungalow has a resident space of 1200 square meters.

　　2008年10月，在英国诺森德兰Vindolanda堡垒发现了古罗马时代的玻璃碎片，其历史可追溯到公元三世纪。Vindolanda是一个近年发现尚在发掘中的古罗马时代的堡垒，其中有众多遗迹文物。

　　日本一款名为“村田女孩”的机器人让人大跌眼镜，这款机器人可在“独木桥”上骑单轮自行车。通过内置的多个感应器配合智能调节装置保持机器人近乎完美的平衡状态，甚至在完全静止的时候都可以纹丝不动。前置的超声感应装置还可以让机器人在遇到无法逾越的障碍物时自动停止，避免事故的发生。
　　Scientists in Japan have created Murata Girl, who can ride a unicycle. A series of gyroscopes in Murata Girl"s body help her to stay balanced, even when stationary.
