头穴丛刺结合康复训练治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍的临床观察

　　摘   要：目的  觀察头穴丛刺结合康复训练方法治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍的有效性。方法  选取2015年6月～2017年6月在我院外二科治疗的100例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组采用头穴丛刺结合康复训练的方法治疗，对照组采用康复训练方法治疗，治疗1个月后对比两组患者的Fugl-Meyer、ADL-PSMS，LADL和ABCD2-TIA。结果  治疗1个月后，两组患者的Fugl-Meyer、ADL-PSMS，LADL和ABCD2-TlA评分较组内治疗前均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率（94.00%）明显优于对照组（72.00%），两组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论  采用头穴丛刺结合康复训练治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍，临床疗效显著，能显著提升患者的日常生活能力、神经功能以及运动功能。

　　Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Motor Dysfunction in Patients with Cerebral Infarction by Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training

　　Abstract：Objective  To observe the effectiveness of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods  A total of 100 patients treated in our department from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training.After 1 month of treatment，Fugl-Meyer，ADL-PSMS，LADL and ABCD2-TIA were compared between the two groups.Results After one month of treatment，the scores of Fugl-Meyer，ADL-PSMS，LADL and ABCD2-TlA in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group （94.00%）was significantly better than that in the control group（72.00%），and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The treatment of motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction by scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a significant clinical effect，and can significantly improve the ability of daily life，nerve function and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction.
